Refunds and Returns

Order cancellation

Before an order is shipped, the customer has the right to request cancellation of the order by contacting us via chat or email. The cancellation request will be accepted or rejected within 3 working days:

Before the order is processed by the warehouse, the customer can get a full refund;

After payment, any order for customized products cannot be cancelled;

Loss during transit

If the products are lost in transit and the customer needs to provide proof from the logistics website or parcel tracking website, such as a screenshot indicating that the parcel was lost.

Premature delivery

For orders not delivered within 30 days, customer can request a full refund with valid proof (latest update from logistics website or parcel tracking website).

Damaged/incorrect items

Upon receipt, if the customer discovers that the products are damaged or incorrect, they must contact customer service via chat or email and submit a refund/reshipment request within 7 working days of delivery with valid proof (photo or video of the products received indicating clearly the problem, shipping note and barcode).

  • If the product is incorrect or destroyed, the customer can get a full refund;
  • If the package is seriously damaged, the customer can get a full refund or request a new shipment;
  • If the package is partially damaged (except for slight deformation or small scratches), the customer can get a partial refund.

If the evidence reviewed does not clearly indicate the problem, the evidence is deemed invalid and we reserve the right to refuse the customer's refund/reshipment request.

Delivery disputes

In the event that the order is marked as delivered, but the end customer claims not to have received it, the end customer must first contact the courier and report the problem. Customer can request a refund with a valid proof (refund screenshot) within 30 days.

For any order with shipping options that arrives more than 30 days after the estimated shipping time, T-Shirt Boutique will gladly refund you or arrange a new shipment.

Unacceptable disputes

T-Shirt Boutique will reject any unreasonable dispute or non-delivery caused by the end customer, including but not limited to:

  • The end customer doesn't like the product;
  • The product description is not truthful;
  • The smell of the product is unusual;
  • The end customer ordered the wrong item;
  • The customer provided an incorrect/insufficient delivery address;
  • The telephone number was missing;
  • Delays in processing times.
  • The end customer refused to receive the package without reason;
  • The order must be delivered to remote areas.
